Orders
Orders may be placed online at mishiibijoux.com at any time. If an item is in stock and available for shipping it will be sent immediately. If an item is not in stock it will be restock and it will usually take 5-8 weeks to deliver. A Mishii Bijoux representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If an item is restocked sooner than expected, it will be shipped immediately, and you will be notified. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

Shipping
Please keep this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work) and for high value items we always recommend using your billing address.

Once a product is shipped, standard delivery time is one working day in ISB and two to three working days in other cities.
